Your Stay At Havisham House


Originally an ale house dating back to the mid-victorian era, Havisham House is an interesting property distinctly linked to the village heritage. After spending many years as a private house, it was fully refurbished and transformed to form the luxurious and spacious building it is today.


The house is on four floors created to provide full character and comfort, It has been put together by the host encompassing both modern and contemporary style also using the existing features of the the house to provide a decor which aims to appeal to all tastes.


There are three main bed rooms which have king size beds and one twin bedroom, which can be converted to a super king if required, Each bedroom has been recently redesigned by a professional interior designer, featuring luxurious fabrics, quality furnishings, and carefully selected finishes. Every room is individually styled, creating a warm and welcoming environment designed for comfort and relaxation, all

 rooms have en-suite facilities, additional a master bathroom on the first floor is available if guest wish to use it. Each room is provided with a coffee pod machine. Among other facilities the accommodation provides a separate dining and longe area specifically for guest and a shared kitchen. There is a laundry room for guest use. Wifi access will be provided throughout the whole house


Guest have use of the lower floor dining and sitting rooms which incorporate the original brick archway which is lit up. The private guest space is suitable for diner parties or small gatherings. 


Guests can enjoy access to the property’s award-winning garden—a beautifully maintained and peaceful setting, perfect for unwinding during your stay. Selected rooms also offer garden views, including the Dickens Room with its Juliette balcony.

Alternatively walk thorough the Abbeys grounds - home to the worlds largest deer collection - as you make your way to Woburn's impressive stately home and gardens where the Duke of Bedford currently resides, 

Forming part of the Woburn Estate, Woburn Golf Club boasts three championship courses and has held many European Tour and Senior Tour events, as well as Final Qualifying for the Open Championship. 
The Woburn Safari Park is a five minute drive away with over 1000 wild animals.  Explore the safari drive in your own vehicle and then discover white rhino, elephants, tigers and black bears.

Local Attractions

Within a short drive you can find the Paris House Restaurant, a Michelin recommended fine dining restaurant set in the deer park of the Woburn Estate.  The Stables music venue situated in Wavendon opened in 1970 they have over 350 concerts a year.  Bletchley Park the principal centre for Allied code-breaking during the Second World War.  Central Milton Keynes offers shopping, Xscape for the energetic offering snowboarding, skiing, rock climbing, tobogganing and sky-diving all available.
